This is not the BEST PIZZA (in the world!!!)...but simply MY FAVOURITE ONE...
It's because I MAKE IT, every saturday, like a sort of ritual... starting from the dough...using the best ingredients, the toppings my husband and me prefer, baking it in the best of the ways...
and filling it with my LOVE...
