...from our ritual Saturday dinners......Margherita with some leaves of fresh rocket...

..and with lots of  Stracchino Cheese and Mozzarella ...before baking...

...wih Spicy Salamino, Stracchino and Mozzarella Cheese...

Pizza Margherita...

makes always my husband happy... He would eat pizza every day...! Infact, he has to wait till saturday to have this pizza, that I always prepare...but it takes time...and love...

The base is crunchy and soft at the same time, pure tomatoe sauce and basil leaves on top, plenty of Mozzarella and few knobs of Crescenza cheese...

Broken Shoulder Pizza

...although I've got the right shoulder broken and a very annoying sling, I don't give up make my Saturday Pizza, only by the left arm (that is getting stronger in this conditions) and...
...look at this...



...figs, green tomatoes, Speck, Stracchino cheese (fichi, pomodori verdi, Speck, un po' di Stracchino) and lots of Passion...YAMMY YAMMY!

M&D PIZZA...

Making Pizza last Saturday, I had the idea of a different topping, as if  Margery &Dennis would have come along for dinner...

I virtually offer you a slice of the Pizza, dear Family!...

...with Mozzarella and Stracchino cheese, slices of grilled aubergines and fresh tomatoes, Bresaola and stripes of melon (added after baked)...

My Favourite PIZZA

This is not the BEST PIZZA (in the world!!!)...but simply MY FAVOURITE ONE...

It's because I MAKE IT, every saturday, like a sort of ritual... starting from the dough...using the best ingredients, the toppings my husband and me prefer, baking it in the best of the ways...

and filling it with my LOVE...

Pizza baked...

on a special stone placed in the electric oven...

I usually start in the morning (Saturday is our Pizza Day), making the dough by using a very small amount of yeast and leave it aside util the evening...

Sometime, I use spare ingredients for topping my pizza...just like this one: half with Prawns-Cherry tomatoes-Mozzarella cheese, the other half with onions-Mozzarella cheese-Gorgonzola cheese(few knobs)...Yammy Yammy...

Io e mio marito non usciamo mai il sabato sera... beh in realtà, usciamo poco in genere... Ci piace stare in casa e non vediamo l'ora di gustare le pizze, che io, con grande passione, preparo...

...la prima ad essere sfornata, quella per Fabry...

...una Margherita con mozzarella di bufala...

...poi, quella in comune...

...nella mia parte, aggiungo la mozzarella a fine cottura...

...un'altra Margherita per Fabry...

...infine, la mia margherita con bufala...

...che goduria, Ragazzi!!!...e che mangiate!!!...
