...here it is my dessert idea of the day...
Yoghurt Bavarois on a Carrot Cake base... On  top, Hazelnut Sauce reminding the hazelnut flavour of the cake base and going  with the yoghurt...
I've decorated my dessert with Candied Carrots perfumed with Levander Flowers and some carrot cake crumbs.
This is on a wet Saturday, as a sweet end of our usual barbecue dinner...
