Pizza baked...


on a special stone placed in the electric oven...

I usually start in the morning (Saturday is our Pizza Day), making the dough by using a very small amount of yeast and leave it aside util the evening...
Sometime, I use spare ingredients for topping my pizza...just like this one: half with Prawns-Cherry tomatoes-Mozzarella cheese, the other half with onions-Mozzarella cheese-Gorgonzola cheese(few knobs)...Yammy Yammy...
